Modeling and analysis for time-varying dynamics of thin-walled workpieces in mirror milling considering material removal

چکیده
To reduce the vibration and deformation of large thin-walled workpieces during milling process, mirror is widely used due to its point-to-point support strong applicability. The influence head on workpiece’s dynamic characteristics crucial in determining whether process reliable effective. Therefore, this study establishes a time-varying model for with various boundary conditions accurately analyze predict response workpiece. First, new analytical method material removal extensive applicability high precision proposed. In method, Ritz mode shape approximate as it changes removal. Next, Hertz contact theory adopted establish tool-workpiece-support coupling model, which considers jump-off phenomenon between them. Subsequently, solved using Newmark-β numerical integration obtain time-domain acceleration displacement responses under forced vibration. Finally, measured frequency function (FRF) signals verify correctness proposed considering addition, paper analyzes law milling, lays foundation milling.
